About the Role
Marketing team at FREED function runs on attribution, funnel, and content performance data spread across SEO, paid, lifecycle, and brand. This role owns the analytics layer connecting that data to decisions. You won't just build dashboards, you'll tell us what to do differently because of them.
What you need
• 3+ years in an analyst role, ideally marketing or growth analytics
•Strong SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, not just SELECT *)
•Power BI: building from scratch, not just consuming templates. DAX proficiency required
•Comfort with ambiguous asks. Stakeholders will give you a vague question,you need to figure out the actual question
•Ability to say "this metric doesn't mean what you think it means" when it's true
Good to have
•Exposure to fintech, lending, or debt resolution domain
•Python/R for anything Power BI can't do
•Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership (fast iteration, no hand-holding)

•Someone who builds dashboards nobody asked for and nobody reads
•Someone who treats SQL as the ceiling instead of the floor
