Role Description The Persian to English Interpreter role is a full-time, remote position responsible for accurately interpreting spoken and written communication between Persian and English in real time. Day-to-day tasks include handling scheduled and on-demand calls, translating conversations and documents in fields such as medical, legal, and business, and ensuring that meaning, tone, and cultural nuances are preserved. The interpreter will follow client-specific guidelines, maintain confidentiality and data protection standards, and use LanguageBees’ virtual call center tools to manage sessions and records. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in ongoing training and quality assurance reviews, and providing clear, professional communication that supports excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Must Have Iranian Passport
Strong language proficiency in Persian and English, including excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently in a remote environment, and handle high call volumes with professionalism.
Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and consistent, customer-focused service.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in languages, linguistics, translation, or a related field is beneficial.
