We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (SAFe) for a long-term automotive program running in an Agile Release Train environment. The role focuses on coordinating multiple Agile teams and large-scale Agile program activities using the SAFe framework . Mandatory requirements include SAFe RTE certification , hands-on RTE experience in ART environments and English at C1 level.

🎯 Skills
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification - mandatory
practical experience as an RTE in Agile Release Train (ART) environments
experience coordinating multiple Agile teams
very good knowledge of the SAFe framework
experience managing and coordinating large-scale Agile programs
strong coordination, communication and organizational skills
English at C1 level
