About the Role
We are looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions across various modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Performance, etc.). You'll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding and go-live experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation projects for Darwinbox modules including Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance, and moreGather and analyze client requirements through discovery sessions
Configure Darwinbox system as per business needs and ensure successful UAT and deployment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, and product teams
Train end-users and support change management during rollout
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication on milestones
✅ Required Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation, preferably Darwinbox
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within timelines
Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus
