2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for managing and evolving the company’s global equity incentive programs. This role ensures the scalability and compliance of stock plans supporting company growth, while developing employee communications and education related to equity. It is a key position within the Finance organization, contributing to the infrastructure and processes necessary for international expansion and acquisition integration.
3. Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve the global equity compensation program, maintaining compliance with dual-stock exchange listings
Process stock option exercises and RSU vestings in coordination with HR and payroll
Manage and reconcile the company’s capitalization table with relevant departments
Ensure accuracy and integrity of equity records within the administration platform
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Payroll on tax treatment of equity vesting internationally
Provide timely support and communications to equity participants and internal partners
Develop and deliver employee education materials and training sessions on equity programs
Prepare executive compensation and ownership data for regulatory filings
Administer the Insider Trading Policy and manage related processes
Maintain documentation for Section 16 filings
Manage relationships with equity plan platform providers and transfer agents
Lead special projects such as launching new equity programs and process improvements
4. Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of stock plan administration experience at a U.S. public company, preferably in SaaS or growth environments
Experience building scalable stock programs including launching employee stock purchase plans
Strong attention to detail with project management and self-auditing capabilities
Proven ability to automate processes and improve efficiency
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Clear communication skills for interaction with executives, employees, and vendors
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The US-based salary range for this position is $102,500 to $150,000, with final compensation based on experience and location
Compensation includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity
