LOGISTICS MANAGER
Industry: Biomass Pellet Manufacturing
Industry Preference: Agri-business / Food Processing / Bulk Commodities / Biomass / Manufacturing
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🎯 Experience: 6–10 Years
💰 Salary: Best in Industry
📌 Coverage: UP, Rajasthan & Haryana | 4 Manufacturing Plants
Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end logistics planning and coordination
• FTL, trucking, fleet & transporter management
• Freight negotiation and logistics cost optimization
• Route planning, vehicle utilization & TAT monitoring
• Logistics MIS and compliance
• Coordination with Procurement, Sales & Plant Operations
Candidate Profile: • 6–10 years of relevant logistics/transport experience
• Strong FTL, trucking & fleet management experience
• Experience in Agri-business, Food Processing, Bulk Commodities, Biomass, or Manufacturing preferred
• Strong negotiation, planning & analytical skills
