Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Ohio, United States, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers on best practices. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, refining job descriptions, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding activities. The recruiter will use data and insights to improve recruitment strategies and align hiring efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
Experience with Hiring processes, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting workforce planning.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Skilled in Interviewing techniques, including behavioral and competency-based assessments.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard HR/recruiting tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and equitable candidate evaluation.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate and technical roles.
