We are seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Recruiter based in the US or Canada to lead full-cycle hiring for our fast-growing high-ticket e-commerce education brand. In this fully remote role, you will proactively source, vet, and close elite sales talent, specializing in appointment setters and high-ticket closers capable of selling premium education programs. You will earn a competitive base rate alongside an uncapped placement bonus for every role you successfully fill; to qualify, you must bring at least two years of proven sales recruiting experience, proficiency with modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and a demonstrated track record of placing top-tier closers in high-ticket direct-response or e-commerce environments.
