Alright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform built for immersive, short-form storytelling. We focus on high-engagement content experiences — and design plays a central role in how users discover, watch, and stay.
Until now, we’ve worked with an external agency. We’re now building an in-house design team to move faster, think deeper, and shape a stronger product identity with dynamic interface.
The Role:
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, responsive, and engaging user interfaces for Alright TV. You will be responsible for delivering seamless user experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend applications
Build responsive and high-performance UI components
Integrate backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow
Optimize application performance for speed and scalability
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness
Collaborate with design and backend teams
Complete ownership of the frontend and related systems including design, development, deployment, performance and lifecycle management
Requirements:
Experience in OTT, gaming, or media platforms preferred
3–5 years of frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in Flutter and React
Experience in API integration and state management
Understanding of performance optimization techniques
Familiarity with mobile-first design principles
Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code/Cursor/Copilot
