Role
This is a hands-on role encompassing recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and people strategy. The candidate will be responsible for managing hiring requirements, maintaining employee records, handling HRMS processes, and supporting initiatives around employee engagement and organisational culture. The role also involves contributing to early-stage and quarterly HR strategies across recruitment, compliance, culture, and employee engagement, along with planning and executing periodic employee events throughout the year.

• Employee Engagement, Culture & Event Planning
• AI Integration & HR Process Automation
Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Exposure to dynamic hiring requirements and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms, preferably Keka.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to manage employee data, maintain trackers, and prepare reports.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
