Role Description The Business Analyst role at YFL Global Wings is a full-time remote position focused on understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement or optimization. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, create process flows, and support the design of solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting findings, supporting project implementation, and ensuring that recommended changes are measurable and sustainable. This position requires regular virtual meetings, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting solution design.
Effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and presenting clear documentation.
Experience with Business Process review, mapping, and optimization to improve efficiency and consistency.
Ability to define and manage Business Requirements that align with strategic objectives and technical constraints.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies and common business analysis tools (e.g., process modeling, requirements management software).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in consulting, operations, or related business functions is an advantage.
