About the Role
We are hiring a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of data-driven products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with data, engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable data products that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for data products.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications.
Work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to deliver product initiatives.
Manage product backlogs, user stories, priorities, and release plans.
Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, quality, governance, and usability.
Define product KPIs and monitor performance using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with technical teams on data platforms, APIs, dashboards, analytics products, and data pipelines.
Coordinate product testing, user acceptance, launches, and continuous improvements.
Communicate product progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Ensure data products align with relevant security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics products, or a related technology role.
Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, databases, and data-driven product development.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, APIs, cloud platforms, or data engineering concepts is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
