Mantle International is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how brands grow, communicate, and stay relevant on social media. This role goes beyond creating and posting content. You’ll plan social media strategies, understand audiences, spot trends and opportunities, build content calendars, develop campaigns, coordinate creative execution, manage communities, support shoots, and track performance across platforms.
We’re looking for someone who understands how different platforms work, knows what makes content perform, can turn business objectives into effective social media plans, and can own the end-to-end process from strategy and ideation through execution, engagement, and performance analysis.
This is not an AI - assisted role and expect 100% original ideation and copy from the candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Own weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other platforms.
Create original concepts, hooks, captions, scripts, carousels, reels, and platform-native content.
Manage online communities and actively drive engagement by replying to comments and DMs, sparking conversations, and protecting the brand voice.
Track social media performance (reach, engagement, saves, clicks) and refine content based on what resonates.
Collaborate with designers, creative teams, and clients on campaigns, contributing to creative development and assisting with shoots when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of social media experience.
Understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
Able to explain why content works instead of just copying trends.
Portfolio showcasing social media accounts, campaigns, concepts, copy, or content you have personally managed or contributed.
Ability to work independently and in a fast- paced agency environment.
Software Requirements : Plannable , Buffer , Meta Business Suite, Google workspace ( docs, slides, sheets) Canva, Adobe express, Capcut, VN
This is an on-site role requiring a minimum of 1 year of social media experience, with an annual remuneration of ₹3,00,000–₹5,00,000.
