Social Media Intern
Mantle International is looking for a curious, creative, and expressive Social Media Personality Intern to develop engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in storytelling and capable of turning financial topics into simple, relatable, and compelling content. You’ll contribute to shaping our brand voice, building meaningful connections with audiences, and creating content that strengthens our digital presence.
This role is perfect for someone who sees social media as more than just posting and wants hands-on experience in content creation, audience interaction, and how brands build a strong presence online.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and monitoring Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including budgets, leads, and conversions.
Research trends, memes, cultural conversations, and platform updates to identify relevant content and targeting opportunities.
Track and analyze campaign performance data, prepare basic performance reports, and maintain Excel sheets and marketing data.
Support audience, keyword, and competitor research.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and copy.
Requirements :-
Recently graduated or early career candidate interested in social media, marketing, content, or advertising.
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social-media platforms; Plannable, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite experience is a plus.
Proactive, organized, comfortable communicating with a team, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
Tools & Software: Basic familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Drive, and social media analytics is preferred. Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Express, or content-management tools is a plus.
