Role Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to support end-to-end procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process, WMS, inventory management, supplier coordination, and negotiations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Handle the complete P2P cycle including PR, PO, supplier coordination, material receipt, invoice coordination, and closure.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning and forecasting to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
• Work with WMS/ERP systems for inventory tracking, material movement, and supply chain documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and inbound/outbound material movement.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records, MIS reports, and supplier performance data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Supply Chain certification will be an added advantage.
• 0-1 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, or Operations.
• Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor Equipment Industry is preferred.
