Daily responsibilities include configuring and testing plasma equipment, analyzing process performance data, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting findings and best practices. The Plasma Applications Engineer will collaborate with design, electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to integrate plasma systems into customer applications and internal prototypes. The role also involves supporting customer evaluations, preparing technical reports and presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement of plasma processes and related tools.
Supply Chain Coordinator (1+ Year Experience)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Import/Export operations.
Hands-on experience in Purchase Order (PO) creation, management, and tracking.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including PR creation, PO processing, invoice coordination, and payment follow-up.
Experience in supplier coordination and vendor management.
Familiarity with inventory management and material planning activities.
Understanding of import/export documentation and logistics processes.
Working knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, release, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from requisition to payment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for material requirements and procurement planning.
Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations, lead times, deliveries, and invoices.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays.
Maintain procurement, logistics, and inventory records in ERP systems.
Coordinate with finance teams for invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Prepare and review import/export documents, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
Generate reports related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
