About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, persistent, and results-driven Influencer Acquisition Coordinator based in Egypt to join our team remotely. Your main focus will be sourcing and recruiting content creators (10K+ followers) located in the GCC region (specifically Saudi Arabia and the UAE) for e-commerce performance campaigns (specifically Trendyol / TrendFam).
You will handle high-volume cold outreach (WhatsApp/DMs), overcome creator objections regarding flat fees, convert GCC creators to high-yielding performance commission (CPA) models, and strictly follow up to drive daily link-posting consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Recruitment (Primary KPI): Actively search, outreach, and recruit active GCC-based creators (10K+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat) to join our affiliate network.
CPA Model Negotiation: Pitch the financial value of affiliate commissions to GCC creators, convincing them to adopt daily link-posting habits instead of requesting flat fees.
Daily Follow-Up & Chasing: Relentlessly follow up with onboarded creators to ensure consistent posting, correct link placement, and active participation in ongoing promotions.
Escalation Protocol: Identify macro creators (+100K followers) in the GCC and escalate qualified leads to internal management for custom agreements.
Pipeline Management: Meticulously update tracking sheets in real time with creator contact details, outreach status, and live posting links.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Based in Egypt (working remotely).
Experience: 0–2 years in influencer outreach, high-volume sales, or affiliate operations targeting the GCC/Saudi market.
GCC Market Understanding: Solid grasp of GCC social media culture, Saudi dialect/trends, and peak posting hours in KSA/UAE.
Mindset: High resilience to rejection, assertive follow-up skills, and a strong sales-driven attitude.
Preferred Experience: Direct hands-on experience with Trendyol Affiliate / TrendFam, Noon, Shein, or Styli performance campaigns is a strong plus.
