Role: Manager- Physician Recruitment team
Location: United States (Remote)
Experience: 15+ Years in US Physician/Radiology Recruitment (with 8+ years in a managerial capacity)
This is a managerial role responsible for owning the physician recruitment process and managing a team of recruiters focused on building a robust, sustainable pipeline of radiologists across subspecialties for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Physician Recruiters, setting individual and team sourcing/placement targets and reviewing performance regularly.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for radiologists across subspecialties including Neuroradiology, MSK, Body and, Nuclear.
• Build and scale talent pipeline strategies leveraging LinkedIn, physician networks, conferences, referrals, residency/fellowship programs, and specialty societies.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussion, and onboarding — ensuring consistency and quality across the team.
• Own recruitment metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion, quality of hire) and report on trends to senior leadership.
• Drive market intelligence efforts — compensation benchmarking, competitor analysis, and subspecialty demand trends — to inform hiring strategy.
• Ensure ATS hygiene, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to recruitment standards across the team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to strengthen sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
15+ years of US-based full-cycle physician recruiting experience, including at least 10 years managing a recruitment team
Demonstrated success recruiting and placing ABR-certified or board-eligible radiologists or fellows/residents.
Strong understanding of US medical licensing, credentialing, FCVS, and IMLC
Proven experience building and managing recruitment metrics/dashboards and reporting to leadership
Advanced skills in LinkedIn, Boolean sourcing, ATS administration, and reporting tools
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in teleradiology or physician staffing organizations, ideally in a managerial capacity
Established network within US radiology programs/societies
Knowledge of RVU-based compensation models
