Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and handling performance management processes. The manager will also play a key role in employee development, training programs, and strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations
Ability to develop, implement, and manage HR policies and compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of employee engagement, team-building strategies, and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR tools and platforms
Experience in employee training and professional development programs
An understanding of remote work dynamics and virtual team management is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred
