Deal Lead - SME Business Loans

Job Title: Deal Lead – Small & Medium Enterprise Loans & Finance Advisory
The person will be closely working with the founder. Can consider 1-5 years. The primary responsibilities would be reaching out to CFOs / Treasury Heads of SMEs and Mid Corporates and briefly explain the deal advisory / financial product to them and ask for meeting. The first level meeting to be done by them. Post that I would be hand holding the person and going for meetings / calls jointly. Proposal sharing and follow-up is to be done by the person. Hence, a persistent and proactive guy with result orientation is important as deal closure requires many follow-ups and takes time. Person should not be averse to use Linkedin and cold calling to reach out to CFOs and Treasury Heads.

Benefits: Fixed + variable compensation range:
Fixed: Rs. CTC + Rs. 12 lacs. Incentive / Bonus – Best in industry, person could make 50% - 100% of the fixed as incentive if he/she is good. Our policy would be lucrative and fair, basis the business generated. Hence, a smart and proactive closer can earn a lot with us.
Key Responsibilities
Identify SME and Mid-Corporate clients (turnover of Rs. 100 cr. – Rs. 2,000 cr.) in the manufacturing industry and reach out to CFO / Promoter / Treasury Head / Finance Head of those companies through multiple online platforms / existing client references / SKV Capital database
Establish contact and schedule a first-level meeting with CFO / Promoter / Treasury Head / Finance Head
Share proposal to the company, negotiate and regularly follow up for acceptance of the proposal
Run transactions with lenders – Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Leasing companies for sanction and disbursement
Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelors Degree / CA / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1 – 5 years of experience in SME / Mid Corporate / Commercial Banking, NBFC, Investment Banking / Consulting firm.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, energetic with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Reporting manager: Founder Work location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi - 110034 Work mode: WFO, 5 days working, 2 Saturdays working Working days and working hours: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
