AI Engineer (Agentic/Conversational AI)

As an AI Engineer, you will work on low code platforms like Cognigy.ai and Boost.ai building voice and digital AI agents, Agentic workflows, RAG, LLM-based applications, systems integration and workflow orchestration, helping deliver robust self-service solutions for client projects. While this is not a software development role (low code), prior application development or software engineering experience could be beneficial.
To be eligible, you must have delivered at least one production-level project on one or more of the following platforms: Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai, Boost.ai, Google Dialogflow, Omilia, DRUID.ai or PolyAI.
This role suits someone who enjoys combining low-code development with systems integration and client collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions in real business environments.
Responsibilities
· Work with the wider team to shape solution design, delivery approach and technical direction.
· Design, build and optimise workflows on leading conversational AI, agentic AI and RAG platforms
· Configure and deliver voice and digital AI agents, LLM-based applications and business process automation solutions
· Integrate AI platforms with backend systems and frontend channels via APIs and related services
· Apply quality assurance best practices to workflows and configurations to ensure robustness, scalability and production readiness
· Support the design and implementation of agentic workflows and orchestration patterns at scale
· Contribute to requirements clarification, delivery planning and a degree of day-to-day project coordination
· Manage stakeholders effectively across clients, vendors and internal delivery teams
· Help troubleshoot issues, refine solution behaviour and improve performance throughout the delivery lifecycle
