Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React Native + Java/Golang)

Role: Full Stack Developer
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in building scalable
web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience
with React Native for mobile development and Java or Golang for backend services.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and
Android
• Develop scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services using Java/Spring
Boot or Golang
• Build responsive and reusable UI components and integrate them with backend
services
• Work with databases, data models, APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations
• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, code reviews, and technical
decisions
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues across frontend, mobile,
and backend layers
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and other
engineering teams
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and application deployment
Required Skills
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong backend development experience in Java/Spring Boot and/or Golang
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, API integration, and
distributed systems
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, debugging, and software development best
practices
• Experience with unit/integration testing and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Experience with mobile app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2/JWT
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent
practical experience
