Data Solution Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center, who will support us in building and optimizing modern data platforms. If you have experience in designing scalable solutions for international clients, are familiar with cloud technologies, and possess analytical skills and teamwork abilities – we invite you to apply!
Your tasks
Designing, implementing, and optimizing modern and scalable data platforms
Selecting appropriate tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) based on client requirements
Supporting the bidding process, estimation, and technical supervision of project work
Collaborating with a team of analysts and developers to achieve optimal results for clients
Transforming business requirements into coherent technological solutions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data platform architecture, particularly in client engagement, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms, as well as implementing and optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses based on methodologies such as Kimball or Data Vault
Expert knowledge in at least one of the cloud technologies in the Data Platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
Ability to take a holistic view of data and processes and understand the strategic business goals of the organization, with the ability to analyze data in the context of the entire company ecosystem
Effectively combining technical perspective with business knowledge
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
Proficiency in Polish and English for effective communication
Nice to have
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and technologies supporting real-time data processing, AI analytics
Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
