Data Product Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join our team and lead the data strategy for a global digital retail experience project. In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven insights. You will be part of a high-performing team that aims to create a frictionless digital retail ecosystem. Your tasks
Leading and developing a high-performing team of Data Product Specialists
Partnering with the Group Product Manager to define and evolve data products that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Translating business and product needs into scalable data solutions, including metric definitions and self-service analytics products
Collaborating with technology partners to manage and operationalize external data feeds
Working closely with Data Engineering to onboard data and resolve quality issues, ensuring reliable data products
Delivering certified datasets for leadership dashboards and ad hoc analysis in collaboration with Performance Analytics
Driving data product adoption through enablement guides, demos, and feedback loops
Operationalizing data governance, privacy, and security standards
Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Manager or Team Leader
Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data architecture
Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and analytical tools such as Power BI
Proficiency in cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake
Excellent communication skills in English, able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Openness to visit Warsaw office during the PI Plannings (once a quarter)
Nice to have
Experience in the retail sector and familiarity with loyalty programs
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy regulations, such as GDPR
