Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across branding, digital marketing, PR, events, and corporate communication services, as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the creative, digital, PR, and events teams to shape integrated solutions, ensure high-quality delivery, and support client retention and growth. The role also involves market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting on performance metrics to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in client relationship management, corporate client relations, and B2B partnerships within branding, marketing, or related services.
Working knowledge of digital marketing and online brand visibility (e.g., social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, website solutions) to support consultative selling.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in creative design, content, PR, and events to develop integrated solutions for clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear proposals and deliver persuasive pitches.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth in a services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Delhi, India, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in branding, digital agencies, PR firms, or event management companies is highly beneficial
