Senior Product Designer, Operations Tools

This is a senior product design opportunity focused on creating internal tools for complex financial operations. You will transform intricate workflows, business rules, data, and technical constraints into intuitive and reliable experiences for operational teams. The role spans the full product design lifecycle, from research and workflow discovery through prototyping, implementation, launch, and iteration. You’ll combine systems thinking, AI-powered prototyping, and hands-on development to move ideas efficiently into production. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders, you’ll help solve challenging operational problems while maintaining usability, auditability, and regulatory considerations. This is a hands-on 12-month contract role suited to an independent designer who thrives in technically complex and fast-moving environments.
