Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling autoLOTO’s revenue enablement function to improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role will develop and deliver sales training, onboarding programs, playbooks, and enablement initiatives while supporting the optimization and adoption of revenue technology platforms and sales processes. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership, the Senior Manager will identify performance gaps, implement scalable solutions, and help build the foundation for a high-performing global revenue organization. This role is critical to autoLOTO’s growth strategy and will evolve to support broader expansion initiatives, including new markets, verticals, and channel enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver sales training and ongoing enablement programs.
Develop and improve our sales onboarding program.
Create training materials, playbooks, processes and resources for sales and customer-facing teams.
Support the implementation and adoption of new sales processes and technology.
Support the Head of Rev Ops in optimizing and managing our revenue technology stack, including HubSpot, Avoma, Seamless.ai and other sales tools.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, data quality, pipeline management and operational efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership to identify enablement and operational gaps.
Help establish a scalable internal enablement function as the company grows.
Support reporting, process documentation and operational initiatives led by Rev Ops
Help prepare the organization for continued growth into new markets and verticals.
As the role develops, this position is expected to expand beyond internal enablement and support broader growth initiatives, including new verticals, international markets such as EMEA and APAC, and channel and partner enablement programs.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, or a related revenue-facing function.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Education, Construction, Sales or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
Professional certifications in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales methodology, learning and development, or related disciplines are a plus.
Experience supporting and enabling B2B sales organizations, including applying sales methodologies, revenue technologies, and enablement best practices to drive performance and productivity, preferably within a high-growth SaaS, technology, industrial technology, or similar environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to use data and seller feedback to identify performance gaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive operational improvements.
Experience working with CRM and revenue technology platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
