Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern (Unpaid) will support FcC’s online presence by assisting with planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms on a full-time, remote basis. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visual content, and scheduling updates to promote live classes and highlight student achievements. The intern will help monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages, and track basic performance metrics to inform content improvements. Additional responsibilities may include researching trends in education and social media, collaborating with mentors or staff to gather stories and testimonials, and contributing ideas to digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and audience growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and promote FcC’s programs.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write clear messages, collaborate with team members, and interact with online audiences.
Basic familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content scheduling tools is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote, full-time environment are preferred.
Interest in education, edtech, or youth learning programs is a plus; prior internship or project experience in social media or marketing is advantageous.
