Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

YoLearn.AI is supporting an early-stage company in recruiting an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping build the operational foundation, lead teams, and translate business strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute company-wide operational strategy
Build and optimize operating processes and management systems
Lead teams and strengthen cross-functional execution
Oversee key initiatives, resources, and operational performance
Establish KPIs and operational risk controls
Support organizational design and leadership-team development
Drive long-term growth and scalable operations
Qualifications
15+ years of operations or business management experience
COO, VP of Operations, or comparable senior leadership experience
Experience building and scaling operations from an early stage
Strong leadership, strategic execution, and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Fintech, digital assets, or technology experience preferred
