YoLearn.AI is supporting an early-stage company with which it has a business relationship in recruiting an experienced Operations Director. This leader will help build the core operations function, oversee day-to-day execution, improve internal processes, and strengthen cross-functional coordination as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and key initiatives
Build and optimize operational processes and systems
Drive cross-functional communication and execution
Manage resources, operational efficiency, and performance metrics
Identify and address key operational risks and challenges
Support operations-team development and talent management
Partner with senior leadership to execute business strategy
Qualifications
15+ years of operations, business management, or related experience
Operations Director or comparable senior leadership experience
Strong experience building operational systems and improving processes
Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Fintech, digital assets, or technology experience preferred
