Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to collaboratively design, execute, and deliver on our product roadmap across R& D. This is a role requiring great creativity and drive to make progress bringing the product and company to market. We are looking for someone with great empathy, a track record of execution, systems thinking, and the ability to turn a vision into a strategy.
Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver the minimal lovable product: shape requirements leveraging domain expertise, design partners, and competitive intelligence to build a lovable product at launch.
Collaborate across UX and R& D to deliver with velocity: build and ship at breakneck velocity in potentially the most collaborative environment. Requires excellent communication, high conviction and confidence balanced with humility.
Be a champion for design partners: Guide our design partners, ensuring the product experience meets their needs, wows users, and steers our roadmap. Address issues quickly, ensuring momentum and relationships are maintained.
Become a GTM persona and technology expert: To achieve our vision, we need lifelong learners cultivating domain expertise on both the technology (competitors) and user needs/journeys.
Requirements:
Customer and user empathy: Deeply understand the needs, challenges, and drivers of delight for our customers and users. Seek to make their lives better through understanding what they do and what they need.
UX-centric perspective: Building a lovable product is core to everything we do, and we need PMs that can guide the evolution of the overall UX across surfaces (email, text, Slack, Teams, web app, mobile apps, etc. ) to make it as simple and intuitive as possible.
An ownership mentality: You are a driver, not a passenger. You take pride in your work and take accountability for product successes/failures. Can deliver with your team without being directed by a manager.
Experience with scale and complexity: You have a track record of building products for complex use cases and customers with the ability to navigate a growing company with evolving processes.
A strong team player: You are easy to work with, open to constructive feedback, and enthusiastic about learning. You know how to collaborate, raise the bar for the product team, and disagree and commit' to keep the team moving forward.
You have deep empathy for our customers, can cultivate a vision, can communicate that vision, and can execute against it, while removing blockers.
You can break complex and high-level problems into actionable next steps to keep the team moving forward and collecting some wins.
You are a lifelong learner. You are curious about most things and seek to understand new concepts beyond the headline'.
