Salesforce Project Manager - Legacy CRM Migration

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM migration from legacy Caterease system to modern Sales Cloud platform
Manage team through MVP delivery focusing on necessary parity with existing functionality
Coordinate multi-phase implementation including Sales Cloud MVP, successive feature releases, and managed services transition
Oversee integration planning for ROME system and tokenized credit card solutions to streamline event closing processes
Ensure seamless contract lifecycle management implementation using DocuSign integration with Salesforce
Drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting and enhancing the platform through successive phases
Requirements
Proven experience as Salesforce Project Manager leading teams on complex CRM implementations
Strong background in legacy system migrations to Salesforce with focus on Sales Cloud platform
Experience managing multi-phase delivery projects from MVP through managed services transition
Deep understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box features, AppExchange solutions, and custom development approaches
Demonstrated ability to coordinate integrations with third-party systems and contract management tools
Strong project management skills with experience in agile delivery methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management abilities with focus on user experience improvement and operational efficiency

This posting includes a salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$110,000-CA$165,000.
