Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Source and purchase food, beverages, and hospitality supplies
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices
• Compare quotations and evaluate suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation related to Food Safety
• Coordinate with the kitchen, operations, and finance teams
• Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and company requirements
What we are looking for:
• Previous purchasing experience in the hospitality/F&B industry/Engineering Department
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market prices
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and purchasing systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
