Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in identifying, researching, and onboarding relevant creators and influencers across multiple niches, with a focus on building long-term relationships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves coordinating outreach, managing communication with creators, and assisting in campaign execution from planning to post-campaign reporting. The intern will help maintain influencer databases, track campaign performance, and contribute to content ideas for collaborations, social media posts, and community engagement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring trends in influencer marketing, assisting with events and meetups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of campaign assets.
Qualifications
Strong interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital communities, with basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Foundational skills in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination; ability to handle creator and brand interactions professionally.
Basic analytical and organizational skills, including maintaining trackers, working with spreadsheets, and assisting in performance reporting.
Creative thinking and content awareness, with the ability to identify engaging creators, spot trends, and suggest relevant collaboration ideas.
Comfort with fast-paced startup environments, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
