Role Description
The Brand Partnerships Intern will support the partnerships team in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with brands and creators across multiple categories. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves assisting with outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining partnership pipelines in coordination with internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential brand partners, preparing pitch materials and decks, coordinating calls and meetings, and documenting key insights from discussions. The intern will help manage campaign execution by tracking deliverables, maintaining databases and CRM tools, and compiling performance reports and case studies. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and community teams to align partnerships with ongoing campaigns and events, and contributing ideas to strengthen brand positioning and creator collaborations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand management, with the ability to support planning and execution of partnership initiatives.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of branding and how brands collaborate with creators, agencies, and communities in the digital ecosystem.
Interest or experience in sales-related activities such as outreach, lead generation, and relationship management for brand collaborations.
Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research, and summarize insights for decision-making.
Comfort with using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and CRM or project management tools to organize data and track campaigns.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field.
Enthusiasm for the creator economy, influencer marketing, and online communities, with a proactive and collaborative work style.
