Role Description
The Founder's Office Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role supports the founder and leadership team with strategic initiatives, research, and execution across community building, creator partnerships, and brand collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing briefs and presentations, tracking key projects and metrics, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and conducting market and competitor research in the creator economy space. The intern will assist in planning and organizing events, meetups, and campaigns, as well as documenting processes and insights for continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making and requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and the creator economy is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), and comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills to work closely with founders, teams, creators, and brand partners.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience or interest are encouraged to apply.
