1. About Our Client:

2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Success Engineer role is focused on enhancing customer success by ensuring effective use and adoption of the organization''s data security platform. This position contributes by building trusted relationships with clients, customizing solutions to meet their needs, and driving ongoing engagement to maximize the value customers receive from the platform.
3. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical expert on the platform.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers at all levels.
Drive customer adoption through onboarding and training.
Understand customer requirements and design tailored use cases.
Ensure customers realize full value and maximize return on investment.
Identify and resolve obstacles to customer success.
Advocate customer feedback to influence product development.
Support customer education with self-paced training resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
Monitor and report on customer health and usage.
Collaborate with customers on joint success plans.
Document and share best practices internally and externally.
Mentor team members and assist in their development.
Participate in hiring to identify and onboard talent.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
4. Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
12 years of experience with strong project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline-driven environment.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
Experience collaborating with Development teams.
Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud environments.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies including databases, cloud infrastructure, IAM, and permissions.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and programming or scripting languages.
Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management is preferred.
Prior experience in technical customer-facing roles within software companies.
Demonstrated capability in managing customer relationships including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including executive and technical presentations.
Self-motivated, proactive, autonomous, and able to handle complex challenges.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation Range: $140,000-$160,000 total compensation, which may include incentives, equity, or benefits as applicable.
