2. About the Opportunity:
The Paid Media Analyst plays a crucial role in driving client success by strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This position is responsible for enhancing traffic, leads, and conversions within the legal vertical, contributing directly to campaign performance and client outcomes in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
3. Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on networks such as Google, Bing, and Meta aligned with client goals
Monitor campaign pacing to prevent under or over delivery
Report performance metrics with strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct competitive research to position clients advantageously
Support internal teams with paid media needs
Perform keyword research and develop ad copy to meet campaign objectives
Collaborate on innovative campaign strategies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Assist the Paid Media Director with campaign management tasks
Complete additional projects as assigned
4. Requirements:
1 to 2 years of paid media experience in an agency setting
Preferred experience in legal marketing
Client-facing experience preferred, including communication and relationship building
Familiarity with paid media platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads
Ability to analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
Demonstrates a growth mindset and coachability
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends and tools
Effective organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 plus benefits
Target compensation depends on role level, experience, and location
