Purchasing Executive

Company Description House of Aadyaa is a Pune-based company specializing in pure silver jewellery and articles. The company operates through it's retail outlets as well as through online operations on it's own website, app, and marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Eternz, Blinkit and many more.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune office for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for jewellery production works.
The Purchasing Executive will coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams to forecast material requirements, optimize inventory levels, and maintain quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include tracking order status, resolving discrepancies with raw material vendors, and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to work on-site in Pune office, with strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic knowledge of inventory management.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally software is beneficial
