I am looking to connect with an experienced Wikipedia editor or agency who can assist with developing a professionally researched and policy-compliant Wikipedia profile for:

Andrologist | Founder & Director, Institute of Andrology & Sexual Health (IASH), Jaipur
The objective is not simply to “create a page”, but to assess eligibility, establish notability through reliable independent sources, research and structure the biography appropriately, and guide the complete Wikipedia submission process in accordance with Wikipedia’s editorial policies.
Ideal candidate should have:
• Demonstrable experience creating or substantially editing biographies of living persons (BLPs)
• Strong understanding of Wikipedia’s notability, neutrality, conflict-of-interest and sourcing guidelines
• Experience with medical/healthcare professional profiles would be preferred
• Ability to identify and work with credible, independent, third-party sources
• Strong research, fact-checking and citation skills
• Experience navigating Wikipedia Articles for Creation / review processes
• Ability to advise objectively if the available sources are insufficient for a standalone article
The work may include:
Initial notability and source assessment
Independent research and collection of reliable sources
Preparation of a neutral, encyclopaedic biography
Proper citation and referencing
Wikipedia submission/review support
Guidance on maintaining the article in accordance with Wikipedia policies
I am specifically looking for someone who understands that Wikipedia is not a promotional platform and can approach the project from an editorial and policy-compliance perspective.
