The Dental Recruiter role is dedicated to sourcing, qualifying, and placing dental professionals, including Dentists, Specialists, RDHs, and Dental Assistants, with appropriate job opportunities. The position is focused solely on recruiting activities, allowing for the development of deep expertise in dental staffing. The recruiter contributes to the organization by building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline, ensuring quality matches between providers and client needs, and fostering ongoing relationships that generate repeat placements and referrals.
3. Responsibilities:
Source and engage dental professionals nationwide using multiple channels
Conduct detailed candidate screenings to assess clinical skills, certifications, licensure, experience, and preferences
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and submit aligned candidates
Guide providers through interview and offer processes
Maintain ongoing relationships with providers beyond individual placements
Manage a high volume of recruitment activities with organization and prioritization
Track pipeline progress and focus on impactful tasks
