Senior Product Manager, AI Agents and Platform

2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Manager, AI Agents and Platform will lead the development and scaling of the organization’s AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform. This role focuses on leveraging large language models, AI agents, and APIs to automate customer support and operational processes. The position requires strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in designing AI systems, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving improvements in automation and customer satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platform
Collaborate with engineering and prompt teams on AI architecture, prompt strategies, evaluation, and guardrails
Bridge engineering and other departments to promote AI best practices and platform adoption
Own key metrics such as answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, and escalation quality
Evaluate new AI models and technologies, including voice and workflow automation, in partnership with external AI providers
4. Requirements:
4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup
Passionate and hands-on with the latest AI technologies and models
Strong technical understanding of system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Data-driven with proficiency in SQL and comfortable independently analyzing data
Results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
