About The Role
The Team Coordinator Financial Reporting acts as the main support to the Manager in coordinating Financial Reporting activities and deliverables. The role organizes and monitors process execution, supports the team in completing activities correctly, and helps ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality of accounting information and reporting to headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, organize, and monitor Financial Reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and help ensure the quality of reporting to headquarters.
Encourage the implementation of new technologies within Financial Reporting.
Assess and resolve operational issues, acting as the point of entry and first level of escalation.
Promote and support process improvements, including the review of KPIs.
Provide input to the Manager regarding team performance and participate in performance-assessment meetings.
Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end process and maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with different areas of the organization to support the correct execution of Financial Reporting activities and deliverables.
Education And Experience
Education: Chartered Accountants
Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Financial Reporting processes, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, reporting quality, internal controls, KPI review, and end-to-end workflows.

Leadership: This is not designated as a formal leadership position, but the role coordinates activities, supports the team, and provides performance-related input to the Manager.

Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced Excel skills are required; macros are valued.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, particularly IFRS.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting controls, closing processes, and KPI monitoring.
Ability to support technology implementation and process-improvement initiatives.
Experience in a shared services, multinational, or GCC environment is preferred.
