Company Description Scoobycares is a veterinary-focused SaaS provider offering comprehensive practice and clinic management solutions for modern veterinary clinics. Its platform supports appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, billing and invoicing, multi-branch clinic management, and inventory management. Scoobycares also provides tools for pet grooming management, vaccination tracking, lab report management, and admissions and hospitalization workflows. Advanced features such as a veterinary AI assistant, role-based access control, clinic website builder, and integrated WhatsApp/SMS notifications help clinics streamline operations. The software further enables online vet consultations and home visit management, supporting flexible, client-centered veterinary care.
Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and growth initiatives for Scoobycares’ veterinary software solutions in a remote internship role. Day-to-day activities include assisting with lead generation, researching potential clients, and helping prepare sales presentations and product demos for veterinary clinics. The intern will collaborate with the sales team to follow up with prospects, respond to inquiries, and support basic customer service tasks. They will also assist with marketing campaigns, including drafting content for emails and social media, gathering performance data, and suggesting improvements based on market feedback. This role offers exposure to SaaS sales and marketing in the veterinary industry and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members.
Not just an outreach role — I want people who can own the full journey: attract attention with content and Meta Ads, turn that into real conversations, close clinics, and make sure they actually get onboarded and using ScoobyCares. Start to finish.
What you'll bring:
→ Working knowledge of Meta Ads (campaigns, targeting, budgets, reading the numbers)
→ Comfort talking to clinic owners — cold outreach, calls, demos
→ English + at least one of Hindi, Kannada, or Marathi
→ A funnel mindset — attention isn't the goal, an onboarded clinic is
This is an unpaid internship with a performance-based stipend at my discretion — being upfront about that. In return: real ownership of numbers that matter (leads, conversions, onboarded clinics), and a front-row seat to a launch on October 15.
