🚀 Founding Operations & Business Lead — Remote Europe

Flaps&Tabs is building an international startup focused on sustainable packaging, industrial design and innovative product development.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated professional to join our founding team and actively contribute to the development of the company from an early stage.
This is not a conventional corporate role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building projects from the ground up, organizing people and ideas, creating partnerships and transforming concepts into concrete business opportunities.
What you will work on
• Startup development and business strategy
• Coordination of international projects and design teams
• Partnerships, competitions and innovation programs
• Business development and networking
• Support in building the operational structure of the company
Ideal profile
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent English
• Interest in startups, innovation, design or sustainability
• Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment
• Enthusiasm for joining an early-stage project and growing with it

Priority search: Serbia / Central & Eastern Europe
