Full Stack Engineer – Founding Team (1–3 Years)

Orkeneo is building an AI Operating System for Restaurants — a decision-intelligence platform that helps restaurant operators make better decisions across demand, inventory, procurement, operations and profitability.
We’re an early-stage startup, and we’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who wants to build real products from 0→1 and work closely with the founding team.
What you'll work on
You’ll own features end-to-end across frontend, backend and integrations.
Build production features using Next.js and React.js
Work with TanStack Query / React Query for server-state management
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
Work with PostgreSQL / Supabase
Integrate payment gateways
Build and maintain third-party API integrations
Integrate HubSpot and other SaaS/CRM platforms
Work on restaurant POS integrations and data flows
Implement and manage webhooks, authentication, API keys and OAuth
Handle API failures, retries, rate limits and data synchronization
Build dashboards and AI-powered product workflows
Debug and resolve production issues across frontend, backend and integrations
Take features from requirement → development → testing → deployment
What we're looking for
1–3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
Practical experience with TanStack Query / React Query
Good knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL / Supabase or similar databases
Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs
Experience with payment gateway integration is a strong plus
Experience with HubSpot/CRM integrations is a plus
Understanding of webhooks, authentication, OAuth/API keys, rate limits and API error handling
Ability to independently read API documentation and implement integrations
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving 0→1 startup environment
Strong ownership — you should be able to take a feature and drive it to completion

Compensation & Engagement
Orkeneo is currently at an early stage.
For the initial 2–3 months, this role will be equity/ESOP-based with no fixed salary.
Once the company reaches the required funding/revenue stage, we plan to transition the role to a paid compensation structure, subject to the company's financial position and mutually agreed terms.
