Role Description The General Partner (Strategic Fund Partnership) will lead the development, structuring, and management of strategic investment funds and partnerships in alignment with LemVega Capital’s global mandates. This is a contract, remote role focused on originating and evaluating partnership opportunities, coordinating capital formation efforts, and supporting fund governance and compliance in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include engaging with accredited investors and institutional partners, contributing to fund design and documentation, monitoring portfolio performance, and identifying opportunities for new vehicles or co-investments. The General Partner will collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving strategic growth and maintaining high standards of investor communication.
Qualifications
Track record in private funds, alternative investments, or strategic partnerships, ideally involving Regulation D offerings or similar structures.
Strong skills in financial analysis, portfolio evaluation, and risk assessment, with the ability to translate insights into fund strategy decisions.
Experience in investor relations, capital raising, and relationship building with accredited investors, family offices, or institutional clients.
Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and compliance practices (e.g., SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA), and comfort collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage complex projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present investment concepts and risks clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Prior leadership or general partner experience within an investment firm, asset manager, or similar environment strongly preferred.
Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
