Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day Shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, Rotating call shifts that include holidays

Role Overview: As a Surgical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to nursing staff and physicians during surgical procedures. Your expertise ensures a safe, efficient, and sterile environment for patients across all types of operations. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence within our surgical suite.

What You Will Do: - Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. - Assist in setting up operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies. - Prepare and assist with surgical procedures, including draping patients and holding retractors. - Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize equipment and instruments. - Transport patients and assist with pre-operative preparations.

What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 6 months of hire or job transfer.
Completion of a recognized scrub technician college program or minimum of two years of experience as a Surgical Technician, or one year as a Certified Surgical Technician.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Assistant credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
