Lead the Future of Procedural Cardiology at Henry Ford Providence
Henry Ford Providence Cardiology is a high-volume, complex cardiovascular program supporting both Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Novi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing Procedural Services team overseeing Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) operations across two campuses.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and the future growth of the cardiovascular program. You’ll work closely with physicians, frontline teams, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continued program development.

You’ll oversee procedural operations, workforce planning, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and change initiatives while building strong relationships across the organization.
Cath Lab and/or EP leadership experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and workforce management skills, a commitment to staff development, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategy.

As a Nurse Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop all aspects of patient care, ensuring professional, clinical, and educational excellence. You will collaborate with leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative care models, empower staff, and continuously improve patient care services. Your role is vital in maintaining fiscal responsibility and upholding the highest standards of quality and service excellence.

What You Will Do
Lead and manage all aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality and innovative service delivery.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience.
BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or related field.
ANCC recognized nursing specialty certification.
