POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Data Product Analyst to support the data and analytics department, reporting to the Director of Data Products, to solve complex data lifecycle, governance, and AI-enablement challenges across the enterprise.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Product Managers to identify and define data product opportunities aligned to customer and business needs | Conduct user discovery, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria | Manage a prioritized data product backlog in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to onboard new data sources from internal systems | Work with AI/ML teams to define data inputs, features, and validate post-processing logic and outputs.
• Define and enforce data quality rules, validation checks, and SLAs across processing and AI layers | Establish and maintain data catalogs, business glossaries, metadata, and lineage.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards in regulated environments | Track and analyze product metrics including time, cost, quality, adoption, and usage.
